Class 2012 VD (4 Entries) Abs: 2
1st: 6789 WILDSMITH Mrs M & Mr S Trimere Time Trail With Sandiebeck Sh.CM A smart chap now eight years old. There is a lot to like about him, superbly presented. Masculine in head and expression. Strong neck, which led in to well developed shoulder. Enough depth of chest and ribs well sprung. Powerful quarters with correct angulation. Moved out well and so well handled that I could deny him the class. Later my Best Veteran and delighted to later watch him top the veteran group, congratulations.
2nd: 6738 HAPPS, Mrs A C & MARRIOTT Miss E Sh Ch Jorobaden Alderniti Of Emianna JW This boy is a credit to his owner, I have competed with him for a long time and it was lovely to have the chance to go over him. Masculine in head, he has a soft expression and good work. Clean through the neck and shoulder, balanced angles and still holds a firm topline. Just carrying a little weight today which enabled Time Trial to have the edge. On the move is happy and true.

A pleasing class of youngsters all at differing stages of development, all possessing good qualities
1st: 6768 TOPLISS Mrs T E Beresford Night Train This chap is maturing well, his head is masculine with good work but eyes need to darken a little. Lovely reach of neck and clean through the shoulders, straight front and good legs and feet. Bodying up as he should with a well sprung rib and firm loin, has balanced angles front and rear. True on the out and back and has a free open side gait covering the ground well. Held his shape well on the move. Delighted to award him Best Puppy Dog.
2nd: 6714 CALVERT Mr & Mrs M & N Calvdale Night On The Tiles Another promising puppy but hasn’t quite found his balance yet. He has a pleasing head, developing well, still need to break but there is plenty of time for this. Clean in neck and has depth to forechest with a decent return of forearm, well bodied and in good condition. Needs to balance out in angulation and tighten on the move. Lots of potential here he simply needs time.

Class 2016 PGD (9 Entries) Abs: 2
1st: 6763 SMITH Mr R J Melverly Top Geezer A very smart young man who. He has a clean outline on the stack. His head has developed well and is masculine and balanced with defined chiselling but to be picky his eyes are a little light for my taste but as he matures I am sure they will darken. Front construction is good with a powerful neck which led on to well laid shoulders. Good length of body, ribs well sprung and a muscular loin. Hindquarters correctly angled with a moderate bend of stifle and hocks well let down. He moved with drive and verve. Should have a bright future ahead of him. Shortlisted for the RCC.
2nd: 6770 TOPLISS Mrs T E Beresford Black Tie Black and white with a super head, correct amount of chiselling and work, he has a lovely dark eye. Neck of moderate length and powerful, well set shoulders and desired return of upper arm. Stands on good legs and super feet. Ribs well back and firm through loin, quarter’s well developed and moderate bend to stifle. He just needed a bit more confidence on the move as he did not have quite the fluid action of the winner.

1st: 6712 BROUGH, Ms C & WALKER Mr P Riselawroad No Deal What a lovely type of dog this chap is and so sound on the move. A dog that I judged as a youngster and I said then he just needed time, he is now coming to full maturity and filling his frame. He has a masculine head which is well proportioned, super chiselling and eye which gave a pleasing expression. Clean through the neck and shoulders, straight front and developed forechest, ribs back and firm through a correctly proportioned loin. Good topline and finish to the croup, he has well bent stifles and decent muscle tone. Moved well with drive, just lost his sparkle in the challenge, one who could easily carry a title.
2nd: 6713 BULLOCK Mr J E Trixhund Talking Obsession JW Sh.CM Liver and white boy who is on good form, masculine head with good work, just would have like a little more strength of foreface for my taste. Lovely reach of neck and good front assembly, super ribs on him and loin of correct length. Powerful developed quarters which he used to drive around the ring, today he wasn’t quite a tidy in front as the winner. Well presented and handled.

Class 2018 OD (6 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 6761 SMITH Mr R J Sh Ch Melverly Buona Notte I last judged this dog as a youngster when he won the RCC under me and was pleased to see him back today as the finished article. He has a masculine head and soft expression with the correct amount of chiselling with plenty of work. I found him very typical in head and this really appealed. He flows through the neck and shoulder and has good return of forearm which enabled superb reach on the move. His forechest is developed and ribs are sprung and well back to a firm loin, giving him compactness without being short. His quarters are so well developed, with a good moderate bend of stifle and hard first and second thigh that his rear action is accurate and has drive and purpose. He presents an outline that simply flows and this is maintained on the move. Today he was presented in good order. Pleased to award him the CC on this occasion. Thank you for bringing him again.
2nd: 6717 CASEY, Mr E & CAVALLO Mr C Aust Supreme Ch Sh Ch Sandicam The Look Of Love (I One I have often seen in the ring and was pleased to have the opportunity to go over him. There is no denying he is a true showman. He has a balanced headpiece with the correct amount of work. For my tastes I would like a better eye shape and I just find him a tad broad in back skull and deep through the muzzle. Skeletally he is very well made. Super clean neck with a decent layback of shoulder and return of upper arm. He has good body proportions and good depth. Quarters well made. Can drop in to his hocks sometime on the stack with can give a slope to his topline. Stands on well boned legs and good feet. Moved true and with purpose. He was well presented and in good condition and super presentation. Called back in to the challenge, against the post grad winner, had the better finish and drive, pleased so award him the RCC.

Her clean and elegant neck leads neatly into well placed shoulders and a good length of forearm. Depth to the forechest and ribs sprung and well back to a firm and developed loin. Topline is like a table top and never altered throughout. Quarters were developed and firm. On the move she flowed, accurate and precise in footfall and side gait, covered the ground with ease.
