Best Bitch :Trimere Tantrums And Tiaras RBB: Trimere Thrills And Frills

MPB (4, 0):
1 Jackson’s Mompesson Paper’n’Lace, Litter sister to MPD, and out of the same mould. Top class, a real eye catcher. At present more scope than brother. A touch broad in skull, but has the required width to foreface and beautiful chiselling giving a wonderful expression. Loved her flowing lines where every part of her ran smoothly into the next with no abrupt angles. Again lovely crest of neck blending into well laid back shoulders and a long upper arm with good return. Level top line and super hindquarters with good width across her croup. Amazing depth of chest and body and well off for bone without being coarse in any way. Dark liver markings. Moved with ease and joy, so sound coming and going. Wish she were mine! BPIS
2 Holman’s Artycreath Diamond Dee, Slightly lower on legs than 1. Lovely headed bitch with dark eyes, though a touch round in shape. Strong neck and correct front construction. Well developed chest. Would prefer a little more width to second thigh and bend of stifle. Excellent bone and perfect, tight feet. Efficient mover when she wanted to.
3 Topliss’ Beresford Kiss’n’Tell
Res Miller’s Feorlig Zara Pinto

PB (2, 0):
1 Topliss’ Beresford Kiss’n’Tell, Gorgeous bitch with excellent proportions and a stunning headpiece. Dark, expressive eyes. Super neck and shoulders. Good depth of chest and throughout body. Broad, strong thighs, plenty of bone, wonderful cat-like paws. Third in previous class as she was a bit overawed by the show scene as of yet and reluctant on the move, but when this one gets her head around it, she will be one hard act to follow. Wouldn’t mind owning her either!
2 Miller’s Feorlig You’ve Got it All, Nice outline stood. Hyper feminine head, but a little round eye shape, where colour will darken with time. Good neck and excellent front construction, still chest shall go on developing. Enough angles behind but moves with somewhat stilted gait and too much width going away.

JB (9, 4):
1 Corbett’s Trimere Tantrums and Tiaras, Scopy bitch of high quality, upstanding and excellent proportions. This one also combines substance and raciness in abundance, a rear quality. Gorgeous head with excellent balance between skull and foreface, dark eyes. Long and well arched neck, wonderful shoulder placement and upper arm. Enough depth of chest for her young age. Perhaps rounding slightly too much over her croup, but she has strong, broad and well bent hindquarters which she made good use of when flowing effortlessly around the ring. First class presentation. BB
2 Walker’s Dexbenella Gracie May for Waterswarren, Up to size, but well proportioned, makes a beautiful picture standing. Another well sculpted and balanced head. Beautiful neck leading into nicely constructed front. Development of chest as expected for her class. Level top line. Good width over her bum and she has super hindquarters. Just wish she had shown a touch more animation, which would have completed the picture.

YB (6, 2):
1 Cokell’s Trimere Thrills and Frills, Another gorgeous bitch, a real classic beauty with the most wonderful head. A little roundness of eye shape did not detract from her soft expression. Super front but shall still develop in chest, compact body and well angulated hindquarters. Correct croup and set on of tail. Excellent bone and super feet. Quality coat. If only she had been shown with a little less weight and more muscles, I think that would have benefitted her endlessly and allowed her to show off her movements to advantage. Really, really liked her. RBB
2 Warrener’s Trimere Tease’n’Please for Waterswarren, Bigger bitch, but again everything in proportion. Beautiful head, only a fraction broad in skull. Slightly steep in shoulder, but good length and return of upper arm. Deep, well developed chest. Broad thighs and well bent stifle. A fraction high on hocks. Would like to see more animation on the move.

PGB (6, 2):
1 Miller’s Roqfolly Act of Innocence at Feorlig, Her beautiful head and gorgeous expression with lovely, dark eye simply enthralled me. Enough length of neck. Super height at withers with a nicely laid back shoulder and correctly angulated upper arm. Deep in chest. Dipping slightly in top line. Enough angles in hindquarters. Well off for bone and beautiful feet. Positive mover with a steady and easy gait. Immaculate presentation.
2 Topliss’ Peasblossom Butterfly at Beresford, Thought this one would be my winner when the class lined up at first, because she has all the essentials and presents a highly proportionate and balanced picture. Good in head but a little small eyes. Beautiful neck but a touch straight in front and still needs time to develop in chest, which made her a little loose in elbows coming towards me. Excellent profile movement. First class presentation.
3 Ingley’s Roqfolly Wispa
Res Williams & Toublic’s Cobhay Precious Polyantha

LB (5, 2):
1 Topliss’ Trimere Talk of the North, Another top class bitch from this exhibitor, absolutely loved this one for type and all-over picture. Wonderful head, eyes and expression. Somewhat upright in shoulder and upper arm while she is still lacking a little depth in chest. Short coupled and super hindquarters with excellent width of thighs and across her croup. Really moved with a purpose and highly typical of an English Springer Spaniel.
2 Williams & Toublic’s Cobhay Bright Fuchsia, A very different model and shown out of coat. Head could be more refined and throat cleaner. Nice enough front angulations, though her markings don’t help her. Should have been deeper in chest for her age. Enough bone. Nicely handled. Won her placing on her stunning profile movement.
3 Woodbridge’s Crackerjanne Clairedelune

OB (1, 0):
1 Williams & Toublic’s Cobhay Bright Fuchsia.

VB (1, 0):
1 Grimshaw & Lancaster’s Patbee Dizzy Dame, Lovely tempered, sweet old lady. Beautiful head and that certain, wonderful expression that some of the oldies get. Deep in chest. Level top line. Enough hind angulations and sufficient bone. Excellent feet. The enthusiasm in her movements has gone, which I can appreciate for her 11 years bless her.

SBB (5, 2):
1 Cokell’s Trimere Thrills and Frills.
2 Richardson & Terry-Richardson’s Cherishym Bright Star, Nicely proportioned bitch of excellent size. Head OK but would prefer a better developed muzzle. A little round in eye shape. Strong neck of moderate length. Straight in front. Enough bone. Beautiful, tight knuckled paws. Sufficient depth of chest for her age. Movements OK in profile, but a little loose coming and narrow going away. Lovely coat and presentation.
