A bit late with last weekend’s news, but better late than never. First an apology to Emma Hoare, for getting the name of her dog wrong on the East Anglian Gundog Society report, Emma’s Lymnoares Ode To Memory was BOB, and was also shortlisted in Best In Show.

South Wales Kennel Assoc was the championship show this weekend, where Jinty Gill-Davis was the judge in charge of 23 exhibits from an entry of 30 dogs. She found her main winners as follows:-

DCC: Sh Ch Sandylands Stand N Deliver (Mrs T E Topliss)

RCC: Alhambian's Kenny Everett at Beresford (Mrs T E Topliss)

BCC & BOB: Annavah Ablaze (Miss L, Mrs P Harvard & Mrs A Corbett)

RCC: Sh Ch Melverly Iridescent (Mr R J Smith)

BP & PGrp 2: Moontorn Dare to Dream with Dexbenella (Mrs W, Mr S Walker & Miss A Bellamy)

BV: Ir Sh Ch Clentonian Pandemonium JW ShCEx OSW VW Ir Vet Ch (Mrs M Hydon)

Paul Osbourne’s Tiroen Typically Braego gained her stud book number and there were also several placings in the gundog stakes classes, in Minor Puppy there was a VHC for Calvdale Dontmindifido owned by Elizabeth Chandler, Janet Unwin and Lymnoares Rattle and Roar were 2^nd in the same class and Janet also got a 3^rd in the GCDS with Allenies Lady Marmalade. Maxine Hydon was 2^nd in the Veteran with Ir Sh Ch Clentonian Pandemonium JW ShCEx OSW VW Ir Vet Ch.  Well done to everyone.

One open show result at Portsmouth & Southsea CS Jackie Weyman and her More Than Amazing Wanna Be A Gangster At Spuffing JW (Imp Bel) got BOB and Group 4.
