Our Champ Show this weekend was Darlington, held on Ripon Racecourse, gundog day was Friday. Our Judge Sandy Hall, with an entry of 42 dogs and 30 forward, found her main winners as follows:-

A 2^nd in the Junior Stakes for Moontorn Drops Of Jupiter With Fecimus (Allie MacBain, James Harrison & Abby Bellamy)

A 4^th for Sh Ch Sandylands Stand N Deliver & Trudy Topliss in the Champion Stakes

Then a win for Sh Ch Carlyquinn Winter Storm JW & Helen Cokell in the Open Bitch

At Bedford & DCS on Sunday breed results were, BOB More Than Amazing Wanna Be A Gangster At Spuffing JW (Jackie Weyman) shortlisted in the group under breed specialist Anthony Allen, RBOB Tiroen Typically Braego (Paul Osbourne) and Best Puppy Moontorn Dare To Dream With Dexbenella (Wendy & Steve Walker & Abby Bellamy) and Puppy Group 3.  Abby tells me it was her final JW point. Congratulations.

Some further news from the weekend. Maxine Hydon and Loxbourne Hustle and Bustle IR Jn Ch had a really good day on Sunday at Salisbury & West Wilts CS Open Show. Winning BOB in AVNSC Gundog under judge Cindy Stangroom (Lappakia), they then won the Gundog Group under the same judge. They carried on the winning streak, being awarded Best in Show under judge Mike Turner (Rafthouse). Lovely result Congratulations Maxine & Gilly.
